ARNET SYSTEMS WARRANTY
Product Coverage
ARNET SYSTEMS warrants that each of its connectivity products is, at the time of delivery to the customer, free from defects. ARNET SYSTEMS also guarantees that its products, when installed by an Authorised Installer*, will perform to the specifications in the relevant ARNET SYSTEMS documentation for a period of 25 years from the date of completed installation.
Remedial Action
ARNET SYSTEMS will, at its sole discretion, arrange for any non-conforming product to be replaced, repaired or the cost refunded. ARNET SYSTEMS will reimburse all reasonable installer costs necessary to effect the selected remedy provided the work is pre-authorised by ARNET SYSTEMS and carried out by an Authorised Installer*.
System Performance
ARNET SYSTEMS guarantees that systems comprising ARNET products throughout shall perform to the transmission performance applicable to the appropriate cabling Category and/or Class for the installed channels as specified in the published editions of relevant national or international standards current at the time of the installation.
Limits to the Warranty
No warranty is made with respect to a product if:
1. Such product has not been directly supplied by ARNET SYSTEMS or its authorised supplier.
1. Such product has been repaired or altered without the prior authorisation of ARNET SYSTEMS.
2. Such product has been subjected to negligence, accident, misuse, abuse or improper storage.
4. Such product has been proved to be counterfeit.
This Warranty does not cover damage occasioned by accidental or natural hazard, including flood or other water damage, or wilful or negligent acts of others. In no event shall ARNET SYSTEMS be liable for consequential or incidental loss or damages of any kind. ARNET SYSTEMS will not be liable to settle any claim which exceeds the purchase price of the products and the installation.
* 'Authorised Installer' means any individual or company holding current accreditation from ARNET SYSTEMS, another approved manufacturer or recognised national or international training and accreditation provider. |
